These are all the steps to max Kumi, and unlock all the content so far:

• Requirement: Progress through Nefari story
• 1st Level: Backstreets – Pantheon (Night) – Take the key lying on the bench (laundary) > To enter always 2nd choice
• 2nd Level: Beach (Any) > Cave entrance > Tent > Read journal
• 3rd Level: Lake (Morning / Afternoon) > ask old man about beach cave
• 4th Level: Backstreets (Afternoon) > talk to nutjob guy > buy maniac’s moonshine > Give it to the old man (lake)
• 5th Level: Beach (Saturday Night)
• 6th Level: Cafe (Night)
• 7th Level: Office Building (Afternoon): Talk to Aimee
• 8th Level: Office Building (Afternoon): Enter Kumi Office
• 9th Level: Beach (Afternoon)
• Max Level v0.20
